FlexCards are the starting and ending point for guided interactions. They can be created with a declarative editor without any code.

OmniScripts: OmniScript is a declarative scripting tool that you can create with clicks, not code.  

An OmniScript allows you to build a guided path for completing a business process by just dragging and dropping elements to build the structure.

The Service Management Layer

OmniStudio DataRaptors: OmniStudio DataRaptor is a mapping tool that allows users to read, write and transform Salesforce data.

OmniStudio Integration Procedures: These are the applications used to read and write data from Salesforce and external systems. They too are declarative, server-side processes that execute multiple actions in a single service call. They can be used as a data source for OmniScript, FlexCard, API, or Apex.

The Developer Experience Layer

IDX Build Tool: It's a Node.js command-line tool that we can use to export and deploy metadata and data packs in a YAML through a source-control-friendly format. 

IDX WorkBench: IDX Workbench is a desktop application you can use to migrate OmniStudio DataPacks and Salesforce metadata from one environment to another. That is, it enables migrations from one org to another or from an org to a Git repository and from a Git repository to an org.
